"I have been using Infrared sauna since 2023. The benefits are many, but for me I experience better sleep, relaxation and less joint pain and inflammation. Lately I have been using the saunas at Cats & Crystals Kansas City on North Oak. They also infuse Himalayan salt therapy in the saunas. TODAY however, was my first time using the Infrared blanket and let me tell you, WOW!!! I was so relaxed. Completely able to be in a meditative state - NO THINKING! (for a mental projector like me that's rare). I'm not sure if it was the Infrared blanket or the amethyst mat or both but that is my new favorite!!
