THE 7 MAIN CHAKRAS: Understanding Your Foundation of Energetic Awareness
Join ReYounited for her first class presenting the 14 Chakra Journey, an interactive, hands-on chakra workshop where we explore the seven main chakras and learn how to understand, care for, and balance our energetic bodies.
Your chakra system is an energetic foundation that influences how you experience the world, process emotions, express yourself, and connect with your higher self. Learning to recognize the signs of energetic imbalance can help you become more aware of where you may need additional care, attention, and support.
During this class, we will dive into each of the seven main chakras, exploring:
Chakra colors, locations, and primary themes
What energetic imbalance may feel like
Crystals associated with each chakra
Tuning fork and Solfeggio frequencies
How to recognize potential blockages and energetic misalignment
But we're not stopping at learning!
You'll receive hands-on instruction on how to connect with your chakras using a pendulum, scan your energetic body, and practice clearing and balancing techniques using selenite and clear quartz.
We'll also explore the use of angel tuners, including the 4096 Hz frequency, and how sound and vibration can be incorporated into your personal energetic care routine.
You'll learn how to:
Connect with and scan your individual chakras using a pendulum.
Recognize potential energetic blockages or imbalances.
Practice clearing and balancing techniques.
Work with crystals and sound frequencies.
Develop a simple chakra maintenance practice you can use at home.
Each participant will receive a learning manual to take home, giving you a reference guide as you continue exploring and working with your chakra system.
