Reiki is the beautiful process of energy healing. The world and us are made up of energy and sometimes that energy can get a little off kilter. Reiki can help with that. This healing modality calls upon the universal energy source that each and every one of us have running through us in order to heal ourselves. It may sound like whoo whoo but our bodies do have the power to heal themselves, all we have to do is recognize and listen to what it is trying to tell us and allow sacred space for that healing to occur. When our bodies malfunction, there is always a reason.
Reiki always knows where to go. It is a completely safe modality, because it comes from divine source. During the session your only job is to relax and be open minded. Trust that your body knows how to heal itself and give it the permission to do so. From there, I call in Reiki energy and your spirit team to aid in those positive vibes. I work with Reiki symbols, crystals, sound and the chakra system to give maximum healing goodness.
Throughout a session clients may feel a warm heat or tingling sensation, see colors or images in their third eye or feel certain emotions. Be open minded during and after your session. Messages of guidance may come to you in many different ways after. Some clients don’t sense anything and that is okay too, trust me the healing is still happening.

45 Min Reiki Tune Up: $60
Chronic stress is your bodies number one enemy. I’m not talking the good kind, I’m talking about the kind that leaves you running a million miles an hour, trying to get everything done with no you time in between. Your body is not meant to run like that so this service is short enough to give your body a nice little tune up, helping you to feel more grounded and confident so that you can take on whatever you have to face in your week. I use crystals and Reiki symbols to help balance your chakra system, encouraging stuck energy to leave and allowing healing energy to flow freely.
Reiki Sound Bowl Healing Session: $75
One hour long session, combining reiki and sound healing to better flow and heal energy. Music has forever been a source of healing in many cultures all across time. It is believed that certain frequency can aid in healing the body and I believe that to be true. There is a reason humans are so drawn to music and how that one song can cheer you up on a bad day. In these sessions we work with sound bowels to vibrate healing frequencies that work to help kick your body into the parasympathetic nervous system, which is your rest and digest stage. When your body is relaxed it can heal. We spend more and more time in the sympathetic nervous system which is your fight and flight mode. This is also known as the survival mode. Your body is doing all that it can to keep you alive but you aren’t really living. It is no secret, nor any surprise that people are more stressed than they have ever been, it is time to take control back and give our bodies what it needs. Time to breathe and time to heal. These sessions will leave you feeling more relaxed, and more in control. Reiki has an amazing ability to give you a knowing that everything is going to turn out alright.
Reiki Life coaching session: $111
Sometimes you need a listening ear, an extra support system, somebody to talk to. This is what this full service is all about. This 90 min service includes a full reiki session, sound healing and time for a 30 minute talk where you can unload whatever is on your mind. Come with intentions, goals, and fears and let’s just talk. This is a set quite time for yourself with a motivated ear that truly believes that you can do anything you set your mind to. The world is a busy, chaotic place and it can be hard to allow yourself sacred space. Here we can brainstorm ways for you to meet your goals and let go of your fears and self doubt in a way that works best for you. It often starts with small steps that lead to life long change. It doesn’t happen in a day and trust me, I know how overwhelming it is to start. This is a judgment free zone, where together you become exactly who you were meant to be.
All services include crystals. Add on singing bowls for an additional $10 or the infrared sauna blanket for $15.
